Hi Erik, Yes; I have all the pamphlets that I have created. I looked at the list of possible file-types in the "save as" dialog box of Publisher 2002. I can save the files in Publisher 2002 or, what must be all/several previous versions of publisher. I also have postscript as an option, but when I try, it wants me to tell it which one of my printers it should choose (I obviously still don't understand postscript completely.) I can save them as web pages which, for the most part, worked - however, some text seemed to get lost on the one I tried. PDF doesn't come up in my list, but if you know how to make that happen, I'll try anything that you want. Thanks for doing this. First, I completed my scans of the 2002-2004 newsletters and have updated the archive. Will bring some disks to the next meeting (hopefully will make this time). Second, for Rick, have you saved the pamphlets you have created? As you've been including more newsletter-ish content in them, it would be nice to add them to the archive as well. If you have the direct source, they could be digital copies rather than not-so-nice scans. I can probably use the source files (might have to dig up a copy of Publisher from work), but if you can produce PDF's, all the better (I have full Acrobat 5.0 that could aid in this). - Erik -- Erik Olson erik at thekrib dot com _______________________________________________ GSAS-board mailing list GSAS-board@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/gsas-board _______________________________________________ GSAS-board mailing list GSAS-board@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/gsas-board
