[GSAS-board] Updates

I have mailed copies of the legal information that I received from Rich 
Elliott a few days ago to the current board members so that they can read 
it prior to the board meeting, and also to Erik because there is one part 
of the letter, concerning disclaimers, that may be of interest to the 
webmaster.

I found the contents of Rich's letter to be encouraging. It looks like we 
will be able to avoid having to get a business licence and pay sales 
tax,  and our insurance is in order.

Rich says that he may have some old GSAS legal paperwork in his files. I 
have asked him to send copies of whatever he can find.

Yesterday I emailed Tom W regarding his visit on the 11th. No reply yet.
