Well, the emails aren't a hyperlink, which makes it a little more effort for the person to send us something, like spam, which is fine by me. But for someone wanting to donate, I think it should be made as easy as possible. The Craig's list ads run for 30 days. Maybe they just need to be refreshed to run again. At any rate, if someone gets tired of manning the donation emails, then it can be handed off to a different person easily. They can post anonymously, which is what I'm doing for my brichardi ad. -----Original Message----- From: gsas-board-bounces@thekrib.com [mailto:gsas-board-bounces@thekrib.com] On Behalf Of Erik Olson Sent: Tuesday, February 01, 2005 10:25 AM To: Greater Seattle Aquarium Society board members Subject: RE: [GSAS-board] Aquarium Equipment Ad for Donation It's whatever the victim of the e-mail is comfortable with. Given that all of your e-mail addresses are already on the website, I don't know how important adding another would be. I thought the purpose was an e-mail that could be published in craigslist directly. - Erik On Tue, 1 Feb 2005, Susan Welenofsky wrote: > Would that be on the gsas website as well as the ad as a hyperlink? > > Susan > > -----Original Message----- > From: gsas-board-bounces@thekrib.com [mailto:gsas-board-bounces@thekrib.com] > On Behalf Of Erik Olson > Sent: Tuesday, February 01, 2005 9:02 AM > To: Greater Seattle Aquarium Society board members > Subject: Re: [GSAS-board] Aquarium Equipment Ad for Donation > > I can certainly create an alias, such as "auction@gsas.org" if someone > wants to volunteer to get all the forwarded mail. > > - Erik > > On Tue, 1 Feb 2005, Susan Welenofsky wrote: > >> I have an idea for a Craig's List ad.
