Hello All:
I deposited $1,415.45 at 10 AM Wednesday morning. That afternoon, five firefighters were laying tarps and arranging buckets in my apartment, after the sprinkler system upstairs was set off by my neighbor’s son, and water was cascading down the electrical ceiling fixtures, and through the sprinkler areas! Now I have a water clean-up specialist with a thermal imaging device, showing all the water spots pooled between the two layers of sheetrock in my ceiling. The upstairs apartment is demolished. My place may need a new ceiling. I may be moving once again…I’m glad it wasn’t my fault for all the water. See you at the meeting Tuesday.
