We could add something like this to the website if you like.  Not 
difficult.  PayPal will eat about 3 percent of it.  Never did it because 
most people in GSAS know how to use stamps. :)  Still blows me away when I 
see things like that (we get "I just don't do well with the regular mail" 
ever so often too).

I'd be happy to talk about implementation in a few weeks or so.  In the
