[GSAS-board] Fwd: Incorporation
Hi Susan. I got a bill for $10 from the Secretary of State for renewing
our incorporation status so I'll need a check for that amount, made out to
the Secretary of State. I also had to fill out yet another form which has
to go in with the check. I can pick it up at the auction. There's plenty
of time, it isn't due until April 30.
