Re: [GSAS-board] Amano Demostration

Now normally I might not have an opinion one way or another on copying someone's work. But this video is actually sold by the AGA on DVD (www.aquatic-gardeners.org/merch.html) . As the one who put it together, and is taking care of manufacturing and distribution, of course I'd be the one most affected by piracy of it, especially by myself!

I might be able to LEND a copy out, though. And it goes without saying that if there were need for an emergency meeting thing...

I'd like to see it, Erik. Can you make a copy on a CD?

Erik, do you know of anyone affiliated with the AGA who might be possible
speakers? It's been a while since we have had a speaker on plants.

I know lots of folks who've spoken at the AGA conventions, so that'd be
the more esoteric type of talks.
Trying to think of who and what sub-topics might be interesting to GSAS.
There's this guy in Texas, for instance, Luis, who is a really amazing
aquascaper, but hard to understand (ESL). I'll drop a line on folks who
do basics talks. (I'd also offer myself, but no way at the moment.)

Oh, I've also got a new conference video of Amano doing another aquascape
demo and talk -- both are excellent, better than 2001 (and also different
than 2001).
