Your ad is just fine the way it is and I will place it in the next Trading Post in July.
As for speakers, the ACA has a speaker list and your club gets $100 from the ACA when you use one of the speakers. If you check out the ACA website you will find the list. Also, Marineland has a speaker program and they will pay 100% of the cost as long as at least 100 people show up for the meeting.
I do a talk on fishrooms and I have given it to the Pacific Coast Cichlid Association (my home club), The Sacramento Aquarium Society, the San Francisco Aquarium Society, the Silicon Valley Aquarium Society, and the Greater Portland Aquarium Society. I wouldn’t mind a trip up to Seattle. We also have a several people in the PCCA that give talks: Chuck Rambo (Lake Victoria, Lake Tanganyika and Lake Malawi travelogue), Pam Chin (Lake Malawi cichlids and Tanganyika travelogue), and Dr. Ron Coleman (cichlid egg research, Central American travelogue). Chuck and Pam are ACA speakers, and Ron is a professor at Sacramento State University and a former student of Dr. George Barlow.

I just joined a couple months ago. I’m not sure how the trading post works, but I humbly offer Placidochromis electra - 2” for sale at $4 each. I’m on the board for the Greater Seattle Aquarium Society, and we approved sponsoring one of your classes at the convention. I would love to go! Also, we need speakers for next year’s meetings, so if you know might know anyone who might be interested in coming to Seattle to give a talk to our club, flight and hotel paid, please pass this along. Ad Konings and the Marineland bio-wheel inventor, Tim Hovanec has come to our group in the past. I think we are trying to get Lee Findley to come.
