I just got back from Phantom Lake. There are twelve regular parking spots and two handicapped spots. We might be able to squeeze in some more cars along the road in. There are bathrooms, a big lawn area and shaded section, but no picnic tables or barbeques. There is a fenced deck out into the lake and a area where a canoe or raft could be lauched. I saw a lot frogs, lily pads and flowers, birds, dragonflies. It’s very nice on summer day. I am wondering if there might be a better spot along a lake though, with benches and barbeques.
