It sounds like you are planning to be at PLU early tonight anyway, but I wanted to make sure that you caught that blurb in the meeting reminder about members coming between 7:00 and 7:30 to meet with you if they need to renew. I told Bob that I would model the election reminder after the email that I sent out 2 years ago and in replacing Bob’s name (as the prior membership coordinator) with your name, you magically got committed to showing up early for renewals – I hope it won’t be a problem.
