Regarding the special board meeting, I did get through to Meredith who is still open to hosting a meeting this evening. She is also okay with next Thursday if that would work out better. I?m still trying to contact Paul. Given that we?re pushing the clock, we probably won?t be meeting tonight, BUT if everybody can still make it tonight we can. I think it is important that everyone be there for elections and there?s really no other pressing business that I?m aware of so whenever it works for everyone is when we can do it.

Please chime-in if you?re still available for tonight and ALSO please indicate if you would alternatively be available NEXT Thursday evening.
