Hello everyone,

I obtained your e-mail address from the Greater Seattle Aquarium Society website and I wondered whether any of you could assist me in a story I am writing for Nguoi Viet 2, the English-language component of the oldest Vietnamese newspaper in the U.S.

Apparently, the Vietnamese are big aquarium aficionados and many restaurants and doctor and dental offices have them. This may be true also of other nationalities, but since Nguoi Viet focuses on the Vietnamese community, I am working to get information from people in our Little Saigon area of Westminster, here in California.

Would one of you possibly be able to provide me with some comments regarding the popularity of home aquariums, tips for the home enthusiast, things that are of utmost importance to know before starting out, difficulty of caring for an aquarium, and so forth.

I was told that their popularity is growing, but I don't have that information from a qualified source.

I would be happy to phone you for an interview, or do it online, as per your preference. Please note that I need to do the interviews by Saturday.
