Hi Phil
We're looking forward to your visit! Our meetings officially start at 7:30
PM but the doors open at 7:00 and some of us get there earlier than that,
like 6 or 6:30. We meet at Weter Hall, on the Seattle Pacific University
campus which is located in what I would call the Upper Queen Anne neighborhood.
We would like to extend an invitation for a "before the meeting" dinner to
you if your schedule permits.There is a good Thai restaurant near the
campus, and if you would prefer something other than Thai there are other
restaurants near the campus.
In the past we have always left it up to our visiting speakers to make
their own flight arrangements, that way they get exactly what they want.
Of course we pay the airfare, and we can arrange for someone to meet you
at the airport if necessary. Normally our treasurer either writes a check
to cover the flight costs at the meeting or mails it out the next day, but
I'm sure other arrangements could be made if necessary. We can assist
with flight arrangements if you would prefer.

How are you doing? I hope all's well in the Northwest. Thanks to the
mountains to our west Charlotte missed the fun from Katrina's
remnants. All we got was some unusually tropical air and some above
average winds.
I was talking with my brother the other day and he was asking what time
I'll be coming in and I realized I didn't know. Has anyone been able to
make travel arrangements for October yet? Could you please tell me a
little more about what time your meetings start and end?
