Personally, I would fancy some Pappardelle with lamb, mushrooms, and wine, with Boursin creamed spinach and a glass -or two- of red wine on the side. For dessert, basic Creme Brulee should do, since we are in a hurry, but please make sure it is well torched. And thank you very much!!!
