Like a teaspoon or two per gallon. Kate Breimeyer told me a while back that shrimp need iodine for their shells, especially when molting. I figure the marine salt mix has iodine enough in it. Seems like I've had my Amano shrimp for like three years or more. They are quite big now. I also have two Singapore shrimp that have filtering "hands" like a barnacle. They spread them out like radar dishes to catch anything very small. They are about "eating size" as Carl puts it. Susan- I got some shrimp as a door prize! I was just getting ready to take a picture or two. If you can think of any more words to say about them I'm hoping to run that in the next newsletter. How much salt are you using again?
