Good Morning,
I have finally received the new Facilities Use agreement from SPU. Much of it looks about the same as last year, but I have a couple questions.
1) Did we have to pay a $500.00 deposit last time? 2) What is the coverage period of our insurance? - Bob, this may be in what you gave me – if so, just let me know.
They have also taken the liberty to change our room for two months next year (April and May.) This may be a problem for the General Auction – I’ll have to ask the reason for the change and also find out the location of the proposed location.
Please let me know ASAP regarding the deposit and insurance as I have to email them today or tomorrow.
