I think I can help with plants, either as the providing source, or as a
back up plan. I just need to know at least two weeks in advance.

MAN that's a long set of board meeting notes...
Regarding the moving of "more stuff to the plant auction"... we have
always included and encouraged plant-related items every year (CO2
regulators, fertilizers, sometimes even live fish!). I would caution
against moving any MORE stuff to the plant auction, as it's pretty tight
already.
I will be happy to "do" the plant auction. However, someone will need to
purchase the plants for the plant auction. I don't know if Sam is still
monitoring the list and can do African Northwest, but there should be a
backup plan in case...
Regarding website: I am always happy to hand over the reins to someone
else, whether it be in the capacity of just updating the main page every
month, or more detailed. I also am pretty fast getting updates there
when they are e-mailed to me (I don't think I've gotten a request since
October though).
