I deposited $1, 439.87, $390.00 of it was withdrawn prior to the plant auction for change. Total funds deposited 2006-02-15: $1, 049.87.
I asked a business account manager how we would go about changing the GSAS president signer from Bob Holmes to Rick Rose. The bank would require the Articles of Incorporation Annual Report or the Meeting Minutes showing the exchange of presidency. Rick and I would both go to the bank to sign him on. I have a booklet with all the bank locations, phone numbers and hours. We will have to call around, or make an appointment to make sure a business banker is available. Since I don’t have transportation at the moment, you will have to come out here to sign on. It’s also possible that I can take a bus to Bellevue Thursday, and we can meet prior to the Board meeting. I’m not sure how late the bus runs for me returning back to Mill Creek afterwards though so I may have to leave early or bum a ride from someone. Will trade transportation for cherry shrimp….
