Does the rest of the board feel that they need to approve Hadassah?s and Katrina?s coloring sheets before I use them to make thank-you cards?

Rick:
I think it would only be fair to offer ALL the kids a crack at getting their picture made into Thank You cards for next year. I think all coloring and art should have board approval before they are sent out to represent the club. Does that make sense?
Also, if you want to meet in Bellevue early to do the bank stuff on Thursday, let me know.

What I meant to say is that I?m in the process of making new cards with the 6 new pictures that we already have. I?ll bring them and the gift certificates to the meeting. We can talk about whether we need another coloring contest at the meeting.

Perhaps you can bring the pictures to the next meeting for us to view. Please bring the $25 gift certificates from Denny?s as well. How will we announce the coloring contest and should we use one of those $25 gift certificates as a prize? I?m sure that will raise the interest level.

The pictures that Hadassah and Katrina colored during the last meeting netted us not just one but SIX new pictures. What?s more, there were other kids there who?ve colored pictures for us in the past that were no longer interested (getting older, I guess.)

We need to have a decent coloring contest now that Bob has done the pictures. I think the best way to do it is to have the pictures passed out and within the next month or two, have the contest judged. We can use Hasadah,s new picture for the time being as thank you cards for our sponsors for the general auction. I don?t have any more thank you cards. The last one is getting mailed out today with a check for $161.85 for the Mopani Bog wood.
