[GSAS-board] Pre-meeting dinner

I expect to get an email from John any day now asking about where to meet 
for dinner before the meeting. Ivers seems to have been a good choice for 
the last dinner. and it's easy for a visitor who is unfamiliar with Seattle 
to find, so maybe we should meet there again. Thoughts, ideas ......?

It's about time to start chasing down speakers for next year. The first 
couple of people I thought to ask would be Oliver Lucanus and Chuck Rambo, 
as they at least responded to my last batch of requests a few months ago. 
Suggestions for speakers & topics would be appreciated.

We are now seriously looking for a house in the Anacortes area, or possibly 
Camano Island, and expect to be living up there by July or August, so while 
I can still chase down speakers I won't be able to help with chauffeuring 
them around as I have often done in the past. Just a heads up.
