I'd just like to have a copy of anything that you send in so that I know what to expect next year. If, on the other hand, you'd rather not bother with it, then just send it to me and I'll take it to the next board meeting. As far as dinner goes, as the Programs Chair, you are the one that is in touch with the speaker, so I think it would be fine if you decide (with the speaker's input) where the meal is - I'm sure either place would be fine.
