[GSAS-board] Backup Plan, Please

Hi folks,

I don't know how things are going to pan out, but there's a small 
possibility I may not be able to be at the auction on Tuesday.  It's 
occurring to me that it would be a good idea for the club to have a backup 
in general for this type of situation, perhaps the old three-person 
recording team.  I hope it doesn't come to this, but please be prepared.
