Don’t forget new member pamphlets too! I get a lot of interest when I sell my shrimp to people.

I wasn’t saying that people didn’t bring what they said they would bring. I was saying that only a very few bothered to put anything on the list when we passed it around – most either didn’t want to make a decision what they wanted to bring so early or else they didn’t want to commit to coming to the picnic when it was so far away.
I printed 10 letters yesterday – now I just have to run them through again to get my signature on them and then mail them to you.
There’s no progress on the shirt yet.

Okay…? I always brought what I said I was going to bring.
What about the new member letters that I still need and the new member joining pamphlet, Kate is also still asking about her black shirt.

No, we didn’t pass around a sheet, but they never produce much anyway. The last two years very few have indicated what they intend to bring, but it always works out. I think we should just tell people to bring whatever they want.

We didn’t pass around a sign-up sheet at the last member meeting for the salads, dessert, etc. for the picnic, or did we? I don’t remember seeing it if so.
