Nope, nothing here. Did Mr. Shiga say who he sent the money to? You can send any e-mail address money through PayPal. But if they don't have a PayPal account, they cannot receive it. I do not recommend using one's personal e-mail for GSAS money. That'd be kind of like using your own bank account for GSAS business.
