SHOOT! Too late. I just got back from the printer with the finished copies.
Well, that misspelling was only in Rick's message. The back cover has the
correct info.
I'll print a retraction next month. Sorry all.
I'll send Erik a corrected page in case he wants to make the change, but I
don't think
it will hurt.

P.S. I suppose I could correct them by hand with a pencil. It would only take a
