[GSAS-board] Denny's Pet World Gift Certificates - 4 at $25 each

When did we set two aside and for what? Where have they been shuffled to?
For someone as organized as you are Rick, it confounds me that you don't
seem to know the whereabouts of those four $25 gift certificates in the
white envelope! I gave them to you for safe-keeping, especially since you
carried that binder around to every club meeting when you were
secretary/historian. 

To my knowledge, we have never used them, and it irritates me that there
always seems to be some kind of problem or "forgetting" when it comes
actually producing those gift certificates that I got for the club two years
ago. We got a fire-proof safe to protect our documents, so now, why is it
that you can't produce the gift certificates? NOW is the time when we need
to use them, so where are all four of them???? I would really like for you
to find them so that we may use in this time of need, and I would like to
have them back because I know I can keep track of them!

I'M PRETTY SURE WE USED SOME OF THEM, RIGHT?  I BELIEVE WE SET TWO ASIDE
(MEMORY IS A LITTLE FUZZY) AND THOSE ARE THE ONES THAT WEREN'T IN THE

If the board see fit, I would like to use 1 bucket of fish food for the end
of the year BAP project.  I figure that food is just about the safest prize
:)

In terms of the prizes, I have one AGA donated item (a 2disk DVD of the AGA
convention Thanks Eric!) and plans to contact the AGA prize person as
support of HAP programs was offered last year.  I would also like a budget
to spend at Big Als or other vendor to acquire fish food, seachem products,
and other really nice prizes.  I have not asked if livestock should be
included...

I owe Steev a recent copy of the Award Points to date.  Hopefully this will
help members add to their totals and get others to follow the crowd.  My
goal is to have a fairly decent list by the last session so I am very glad
the confusion happened now.

I will reply to the board requests in a separate email.
