Hello Erik: Looks great! Perhaps we should have ages next to senior and junior memberships. One thing we forgot to discuss is membership newsletters, like home delivery for higher membership fee. Last year we spent approximately $1416.17 in postage and printing, which is about $14.16 per person/family. Homework...I mentioned this to Paul...to make this work, the club will need to have: * Someone to receive the e-mails from PayPal whenever a membership is purchased (and transfer the info to the GSAS database). This should probably be the membership director. * Ditto for everything else GSAS intends to "sell". So for instance, I will need to receive all the e-mails in case someone buys an archive CD. * Someone to periodically log into the PayPal site to transfer funds to the GSAS bank account, issue refunds for mistaken payments, etc. This should probably be the treasurer. Meanwhile, mull over this page and consider if there's anything more to be added: http://www.gsas.org/merch.html (don't actually click the check-out button -- the money won't go anywhere yet). - Erik -- Erik Olson erik at thekrib dot com _______________________________________________ GSAS-board mailing list GSAS-board@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/gsas-board _______________________________________________ GSAS-board mailing list GSAS-board@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/gsas-board
