It's not specified on the existing membership form. Membership fees have never been able to pay for the printing and mailing costs. 50 x $15 = $750. It's always been the auctions that bring in the money for the club. It would be easy to add either options to the membership to indicate e-mail delivery, OR you could create a discounted "e-membership" type (say $12 vs. the normal $15). The token amount would give people a "break" but would not change the overall income that dramatically.
