1) family or single (is ALREADY on the form and so too is senior and junior.) 2) new or renew (is ALREADY on the form) 3) payment form – cash or check (is ALREADY on the form) 4) date – will be added 5) email/snail mail newsletter – will be added

We’ve had several new members join at our last meeting. I need some new member welcoming letters Rick. Also, I need new member applications. I also need boxes on the application to say family or single, new member or renew, email or snail mail newsletter, payment form - cash or check, date of application. This will make things a lot easier for me and prevent errors. It would be nice if that was on the website form too Erik.
