Banners:

1.  Go to the "Profile" link under "My Account" tab on PayPal.
2.  Click "Custom Payment Pages" (right column, about 4/5 down the list of
     things)
3. Click "Add".
4. Change the name from "PayPal" to GSAS, and enter 
"http://www.gsas.org/gsas-paypal.jpg"; in the space for Header Image URL. 
Leave everything else blank.
5. Click Save.

Done!

Now we need a victim to renew their membership...
