Re: [GSAS-board] Hello Sam Beavin...

Ummmm

I still don’t work for ANW.  You must’ve missed Erik’s post that I just help out once in a while because of previous/current contacts.  Can’t help directly with the plants but can give ‘em a call and see if any of these items are available.  To the best of my knowledge the blood and black worms are two entirely different critters.

Hi Sam:

Are you out there? We were wondering if Monica could come pick up a few plants for our door prize next month since we’ll be talking about the big planted tank at The Triple Door in Seattle, done with AGA materials. Perhaps something we didn’t have during the plant auction, like an African Tiger Lotus Bulb, some Hemianthus callichtroides (HC) or Hemianthus micranthemoids, Cryptocoryne lucens or parva, Cyperus helferi and/or Ludwigia sedioides, a interesting floating plant. We have $30 to spend and Monica, who has been there before, can pick up.

Susan

P.S. African NW is selling their live blackworms as “bloodworms” to Pet Pourri in Everett. Is this because “bloodworm” sounds more desirable than “blackworm”?
