[GSAS-board] ACA speaker

Hi guys,

I am on the ACA board's e-mail list, and see all the correspondence. 
Something that perked my ear & may interest the club for next year is that 
their speaker program, now sponsored by ZooMed, will now pay up $200 
instead of $100 of the speaker's airfare.  The club picks up the remainder 
of the airfare, lodging and food.  There is budget for only ten of these 
spots, and 2007 is apparently already filled.  Might be worth looking into 
2008.  They have many good speakers, and GSAS has taken advantage of these 
in the past (we have had Lee Newman, Wayne Leibel, Dick Au, and Steve 
Lundblad speak at the club).  There are lots of west coast residents in 
the roster, so cheaper airfare!
