Oh yeah, almost forgot. We did several "multi item" auctions that worked OK. Only bottlenecked one runner per multi-lot, as they searched all the people who bought the stuff. Maybe better to have them just deliver the stuff directly, forget about signing the tags, since they're low $ items ($1-2) to begin with. I wished we could have done more of the chemicals that way, but they had been bundled up in baggies. So maybe next time we try to do less bags-of-chem/food/meds, more 10-bottles-to-multiple-bidder auctions. We also did a fixed-price auction on the T-shirts that was very succesful. It was a kind of "come and get em", and brought in $32 (four shirts). Also, no bottleneck on the auctioneer.
