I’ve updated last year’s picnic flyer with the current information. If anyone has pictures from last year’s picnic, it would be better to have more recent pictures that are different from the ones that were on last year’s flyer.
For Shango – this flyer would normally have your return address and show your name and phone number on the inside as the contact person (both of which I have retrieved from the database.) I assume that is okay with you, but please let me know if not.
This flyer also shows the makeup of the GSAS Board – so my thought is that I would wait until after the election has been completed and officers have been selected and then I would print one out and send it to Shango for copying. I could also send him the electronic format if MS Publisher is useful.
Anyone have pics they can send me?
