Hi Steev and Eric,

Please remove my name from 1) Board Meeting Coordinator, and 2) Promotions.
I would suggest (and am okay with) leaving my name on the website as
President until the new one is elected (because I don't think it looks good
to have a "vacant" presidency on the website.)  Since the first board
meeting is supposed to be in August, the officer elections should have been
completed by the time you send the September newsletter out.

Dear board members:
   Could you please help me to update the information on Board Members and
officers
that I normally carry on page two of the newsletter (and that we put on the
website).
It would just be nice to have a complete, official, and comprehensive
listing,
including all the chair-people and what it is they chair. This opposed to me
pasting
something together and getting it right by trial and error over the next
couple of
issues. I think Erik might appreciate having an official 'positions roster'
to refer to
as well.
    It would also be nice to have an opening message from the president, and
from any
othe board members and chairpersons who are inclined to send me a message.
