Meredith,

 

We attempted to contact the Greater Seattle Aquarium Society to renew your contract with us for the 2007-2008 school year but when we did not hear back we assumed you would not need our facilities this upcoming year. As a result, we do not have an 07-08 contract for you which is why Weter 202 was not available on October 9, because we did not have it reserved for you. I’m more than happy to draw up a contract and send it your way. Are you now our contact for the contract? The information we have is for Rick Rose at 9019 Meadow Road SW, Lakewood, WA 98499-2140. If this is not the correct address for me to send the contract to, please let me know the correct information.

 

Also, in regards to your April event, what I understand is that instead of meeting on April 8th, you’d like to meet on a Saturday in April. Is this correct? Which Saturday did you have in mind the 5th or the 12th? I will put a contract together just as soon as I get this information from you.

hello, I'm hoping that you are the scheduling person
1)
I want to tell you that 202 weder hall was double booked last night
our group came in second so we used 201 but some people left because there weren't enough chairs
not a crisis but I would like to straighten things out before our next meeting
 
we have been meeting in 202 from 7-9+ on the 2nd tuesday of the month
we have been using the lobby also for our Dec, Feb, and April Meetings
(our library cart is stored in 202)
I am hoping this schedule will still be OK
 
we could move to another room the same size as 202 if necessary
but new people have a hard time finding us
 
2) we are considering moving our April auction to a Saturday instead of our regular Tuesday night
for that meeting we will need the lobby
would this be possible again this year?
(it worked out well for us last year.)
