Regardless there actually isn't any room without a redesign, despite how the proofs look. To allow for cutting there is a 'safe area' in the middle of the image, and the safe area is actually full. As an aside, the web site I used is psprint.com. It is pretty slick, they make it very easy to upload art for your job. You can even resize/crop in your web browser before you approve it for printing. It's pretty newb friendly and a pleasant surprise for an old hand like myself.

Anyway it is a PDF file so you need a PDF reader like the one from Adobe or Foxit.
Moot point now, the files are at the printer. :)
Unfortunately the price went up. When I saw $20 before there must have been a sale. Now we are looking at $33, plus 8 for shipping of course. So, more than what I had hoped, but still not too bad.
