That name sounds familiar. I wonder if he was the guy that set up the
account with Bob and I at the Queen Anne branch. Maybe you could ask if he
worked there, and if he remembers me and Bob Holmes coming in. If that is
him, maybe we ought to find someone else, or make sure he knows how to do it
right this time.
