SW,MC,CR to pick up plants at Africa plant place after noon on the 12th Susan will buy and bring ziplock bags Susan will have change Steve will bring membership forms aprox 20 each Susan will bring membership cards Paul and Christine will bring laptops, CR also printer Meredith will bring pens and sharpies. Christine will bring 3 pizzas Susan will bring balloons, ribbon, and helium (up to $50) Promotion: Paul's letter to the membership "bring a buddy", Meredith's Craigs list ads, notice to TPT, Portland, Vancouver on our Web page:note times date, etc Recruit volunteers for bagging set-up and cleanup Recruit auctioneers: Erik, Larry, Paul, Phil, Matt, etc and runners: 3) General Auction April 12th Saturday, set-up at 10am, doors open at 11, auction at noon revisit later 4) March speaker: Luis will speak on planted tanks/aquascaping etc. we will reimburse him for airfare as soon as we have an ammount, he will be staying with Erik and family, Paul will arrange before-talk dinner.
