Hi All:
I withdrew $340 in change and deposited $1502.95 today, 2/13/08. Cash was paid for the pizza from Christine ($43.34) and Florian food/bev ($23). African NW ($251. 56), Ziplocs ($10.74), balloon deal ($43.43), sign lettering ($18.66), dry erase pens and eraser ($8.15). There were a couple memberships separate from the ones charged at the computer ($30). I get $800.41 for auction proceeds, but there were $90 in memberships at the computer, so $710.41 total profit.
Erik: Save your receipt for clipboards,etc. you bought for the auction and for Luis Naverro’s flight and we can refund you. Our bank account is doing great this year!
Steev: We have the white GSAS sign.
We have Ziplocs left over and balloons for the next auction, and I’ll bring my signs again. I think four pizzas was a good number as I actually got to eat some this year, and only four slices were left.
Great auction, I like my plants, especially the Potamogeton gayi. Hopefully it will like 82 degree soft, CO2 water. I think there was an illegal plant mixed with the Balsamic Indian Fern, Swollen Bladderwort. The Liliopsis carolinensis is in the shrimp tank, where it is getting picked clean; the leaves look like cobras!
I’ll send out people’s membership cards today or tomorrow. Everyone is updated in the system and a purge was done last night.
