This is totally different than members selling their plants and old junk. If it's treated as a service, like a group buy, it's OK that neither you nor the club makes (nor loses!) cash off it, right? Announce at the beginning that they're available, bring one bag + sample bucket out of the car so people can see what they're getting. By then Larry's will be in peoples' tanks and folks will be reporting back on the list how they're working. How many bags do you still need takers on?
