Re: [GSAS-board] Date for Picnic - 8/30
There is a nice park and lake near by me, Silver Lake. Maybe that would be a
good option for the summer picnic? I don't think we should do the Luther
Burbank if we have to book out to September. What is the fun of that?

All of the Saturdays in July and August are booked. Sept 6th is our only
option for a Saturday.
OR.
We switch locations. I vote we just book the Sept 6th and be done with it.

We are confirmed for August 30th from 11am til 3pm at Picnic Area C like
last year.
Total permit cost is $82.
I have sent a check. While I will get reimbursed for the food etc this
fall, it would be nice to get reimbursed for the permit now instead of
waiting til September.
