I will be there though I will summarize home show matters now in case I get hit by a bus. 

- I have a list of all participants and I will send out reminders this weekend that they'll be getting shot starting in 2 weeks. 

- Photogs are myself, Steev, and Paul. Shango will shoot his own tank. 

- Judges: Only Shango has volunteered. I always assumed I would be, as I am not showing. We will have to figure out a way to deal with judges who are competitors. It's manageable. Steev, you aren't showing, will you judge? (I'd like to have at least 3, so who else can we hit up?)

- Prizes: We don't got none. :) Ideas: actual trophies. certificates framed with pic of your tank. leftover auction swag. Get shirts/mugs/etc printed.

I would like to invite the Board to my house on April 29th, 2008 for the scheduled board meeting.  I will serve pizza of the vegetarian and non-vegetarian type, and a medium salad.  Please bring your favorite dish if you would like.  Meridith has informed me that she will be leaving early to catch a flight so I will try and stick to the food at 7 pm, meeting at 7:30 so we can get out on time.

* Thank yous to our sponsors
* Auction results
* Steve's talk (I call him last week)
* Home show
* Elections
* Picnic planning

If you have an additional item please post and we will address it.
