[GSAS-board] May Meeting

Board:

I am in touch with Steve and will call this week to make final arrangements.  
Please comment if necessary so that we can set the schedule.

* Tuesday Afternoon - Steve will be driving up from Portland and may show up 
well before the talk to see the sights.  I assume that he is very familiar with 
his customers but might need an escort.  I can take a half day but would be 
willing to delegate.
* Dinner - I liked the location of the Thai place across the bridge in Fremont. 
 It is my opinion that Beppos' is too slow but we could build in some time now. 
 
* Introduction - I would be happy to introduce Steve or pass to someone more 
familiar.
* Room - I will offer to host but anticipate that dog/kid/cat may be a problem. 
 I also recognize that a certain friend of the board when above and beyond with 
Luis so I move to simply get a nice hotel as we are saving the airfare and can 
afford one splurge.

So please reply if you would like to see a different course of action on any of 
the above.
