Though I'm not on the board, I agree with all the other responses -- this
totally fits within the list's charter, and one of the biggest member
benefits these days seems to be auctioning stuff off at the meetings, it
seems totally reasonable that it be allowed (albeit tastefully) on the
mailing list. Certainly it could be abused (remember when Cichlidqueen
kept spamming with her endless garage sales that nobody used?). But it's
certainly no worse (IMHO) than all the "me too" replies when Steev posts
that a new Southern North Dakota Aquarium Society newsletter is available.
And Hiro's a good guy, really supports the club. His fish-apartment is a
thing of wonder!
