[GSAS-board] oops -- Attention

Meredith-
   I'm sorry you didn't make it to the meeting too. I kind of took some notes 
and will
be sending out some "minutes" as soon as i have a moment to decypher them.

Also: ATTENTION board members:
    Could all other board members please check their records and tell me who 
the new
chairpeople and board members are? I'm just looking for opinions here. I have 
notes
from June that say Phil L. and Margie Cashman are the new board members. Does 
anyone
have something different? At the meeting last night someone mentioned Connie as 
a new
board member, and I think now that they meant Margie. So that explains why 
Connie was
puzzled when I asked if she was on the board mailing list. Should we maybe send 
Margie
a message?
     It also says here (in my June meeting notes) that Cliff is the new BAP 
chairman,
so I'm assuming that he has heard of that. And it says something about 
Christine and
Holidays. Ring a bell?

sorry I missed the meeting
I just received the contract from SPU for this year
so we do have a room
I haven't seen the room yet but it is in Otto Miller Hall ( SPU Library)
which is closer to the parking lot than weter hall
it does have computer/projection equipment and we can have food
the contract says the seating is chairs with attached desks
I'll check it out next week
