Tom Murdoch sounds good to me, there has been a lot of interest on the member list in how to grow live food for aquarium fish.... this would answer some of those questions. The phone number is not valid anymore. I’ve searched the web, and even sent an email to who I think is his son Stephen on myspace. My next resort is to drop by the two Marysville addresses I did find.
However, for November, I did find a real live actual person who can give a talk and show photos of the circulating stream trout exhibit being built at Adopt-A-Stream. Tom Murdoch would just like a donation for his time in preparing the talk in behalf of Adopt-A-Stream. I think this would tie in nicely with people wanting to build outdoor ponds on a smaller scale. I collect my water fleas and other aquatic insects from the pond that will circulate into man-made stream. It’s wonderfully clear and aquatic plants are starting to grow in there, even though they never put any in.
