I certainly defer to any Board members who will be present but I certainly can step in to do the Welcome speech if called upon with Paul being gone.  I think Steev will be there to do his Illnesses talk but it would kinda odd to have him do the intro and then introduce himself and then give the talk.

we have room 118 in Otto Miller Hall
intersection of 3rd and Nickerson on the canal side
parking lot next door is open to us
This is the Science building
and the classroom where I took freshman algebra a few years ago
Professor Buck has since retired
if you enter the building from the street and go down the left hall you will arrive at 118 after a jog in the path
 
are there members of the board that are going to be at this meeting?
shall we recruit a few temp board members for the occasion? (Shango/Florian)
