OK, so Luis highly recommended Ghazanfar Ghori to talk on Cryptocorynes -- he's become a major crypt geek, growing unusual species, growing them emersed, etc. Do you think there would be enough interest in GSAS to have a guy flown out from the other Washington to talk about one genus of plants for an hour? What do you guys think? Should we ask the general membership? Another speaker that might be of interest is Eric Do, who spoke at the AGA convention in 2006 on freshwater shrimp. I think we actually put up part of his video at the start of one of our meetings shortly afterwards. Anyway, same question: Do you think there would be enough interest in GSAS to have a guy flown out from California to talk on shrimps (rapidly becoming the Koi of the planted tank hobby) for an hour? If not, maybe we just keep the video in reserve for a meeting where we don't have speakers. Paul, you should come to Atlanta in November. :) - Erik -- Erik Olson erik at thekrib dot com _______________________________________________ GSAS-board mailing list GSAS-board@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/gsas-board
