In the last few years we have had a talk on "fish that live outside" from 
NANFA, the salmon project, and the stream project that Susan has lined up.  The 
construction of ponds for Koi has not been covered though.  My feeling is that 
these talks are best in late winter/early spring when things are starting to 
happen again.  For example the pond folkes at the Koi show offered to lead a 
field trip early in the season to see the latest and greatest.

I will work with Susan et. al. to sort out the November speaker.
